Why Do Dogs Chew on Rocks?

Dogs chew on rocks for a variety of reasons, including:

• Attention-seeking: Dogs may chew on rocks to get attention from their owners.

• Compulsive behavior: Some dogs chew on rocks compulsively to cope with stress or anxiety.

If you are concerned about your dog's chewing on rocks, it is important to talk to your veterinarian to rule out any underlying medical conditions. Once you have ruled out any medical causes, you can work on addressing the reason why your dog is chewing on rocks.

Here are some tips for preventing your dog from chewing on rocks:
