Doggie Dreamers: Do They Dream?

The age-old question that has likely crossed the mind of every dog owner gazing at their furry friend twitching and whimpering in their sleep: Do dogs dream? Puppies, with their rapidly developing brains and constant stream of new experiences, likely dream more often than older dogs. Imagine all the new smells and sights their little brains are processing!  

While the exact content of their dreams remains a mystery, the knowledge that our dogs do indeed enter their own little dream worlds adds another layer of richness to our bond with them. It reminds us that they have complex inner lives, full of experiences, emotions, and perhaps even fantastical adventures we can only guess at.
